Baby BioName: Jackson Connor Matthews
AKA: "Jack"
That's right, he's here! Jack came a few weeks early to hang out with everyone. He heard that there were some really great concerts this summer and didn't want to miss out. He joined us Monday evening and everything with the pregnancy went awesome! Mommy and Jack are doing great, and he's fitting right in. We're getting a crash course in raising a child, but every thing's going well, thus far. However, Snoop on the other hand still isn't a big fan of being moved to the #2 slot.
Up to this point Jack's done many of his firsts; sponge bath, burp, fart (many have followed since), pee, car ride, walk, trip to the pediatrician, etc. He's already starting to show his personality with his limitless facial expressions. Many of these are soon followed with a diaper surprise, but some are just for giggles. And NO, Brad has not received a pee shower, but better yet, a poop river! A very smelly story to be told over a cold brew. Jack's favorite things so far in his short journey through life are napping, doing the touchdown pose, and pretending to do the broken sprinkler (imagine the sprinkler dance stuck in one position).
Well, many of you have asked for pictures, so we've included a few for this post. Knowing Brad's love for photography, you'll probably be inundated with many more soon, because he's only brought out the little point-and-shoot camera up to this point, but Jack better get used to the big gun soon!

Oh my GOODNESS! Congratulations. How exciting. Jackson Connor is a beautiful name. I cannot wait to see photos! I'm also still waiting for photos of a pregnant Patsy... :) Good luck in these first few weeks - they are a time of survival. Wonderful survival, but survival.
What a gorgeous little guy! Hope you guys can bring him by the studio one day so we can meet him in person. :) Congratulations!!

Only 6 pictures? Don't you have all the camera equipment anyone could ever need and all we get is 6 pictures? Did you see the photomentary I did for our kid's birth? Get to it, we want more.
Seriously though, congrats. There's no blessing greater than a healthy baby. Enjoy the poop and all the fun times ahead.
Can't wait to meet Jack. Oh yeah, and see you guys too.
